Striker Rowan Liburd felt the side reacted well to the changes made by new manager Omer Riza despite Orient suffering a 2-0 home defeat to Wycombe Wanderers.
Liburd, who was handed his first start since February 11, believed the O's started the brighter of the sides in a new formation, but that the momentum went in the visitors favour following Tom Parkes' 27th minute red card.
With six games of the season remaining the Stevenage loanee also discussed the importance of working hard on the training ground this week as the O's go in search of a positive result at Cambridge United next Saturday.
