Orient boss Omer Riza was pleased with the level of the O's performance despite a 2-0 home defeat to Wycombe Wanderers today.
The O's were reduced to 10 men when Tom Parkes was dismissed by referee Charles Breakspear for a high foot on Garry Thompson before goals from Matt Bloomfield and Myles Weston sealed the win for Gareth Ainsworth's side.
The 38-year-old opted for a 3-4-3 formation from the off and was pleased with the initial progress that his side was making before the game-changing sending off of Parkes.
Riza also apologised for the incident which saw him dismissed from the dugout just before the start of the second half.
