Orient defender Nicky Hunt admitted the O's were second best all over the pitch in the 4-0 loss to Exeter City yesterday.
The 33-year-old felt the O's ground things out while creating a few chances in the first half, but the club captain believed the second half showing was completely unacceptable.
Hunt was frustrated to concede the opener with only four minutes on the clock, and admits they find it hard to come from behind despite doing exactly that in the 1-1 draw with Cambridge United on New Year's Eve.
The defender felt there could be no excuses for a performance of that nature, and simply have to bounce back when hosting Barnet on Saturday.
