Manager Omer Riza was delighted with the O’s attacking play following the 2-2 draw at Luton Town this afternoon.
Following yet another disruptive week with off the field issues, Riza praised his players for the level of performance at Kenilworth Road against a side pushing for promotion.
Having gone into the break a goal down following Danny Hylton’s 33rd minute strike, the 38-year-old witnessed a spirited display from his side in the second half with a Liam Kelly penalty and Tristan Abrahams’ first senior goal firing the O’s ahead.
Despite Isaac Vassell levelling for the hosts 16 minutes from time to deny Orient all three points, Riza was left encouraged with the performance and is now looking to build on the draw against Hartlepool on Monday.
