The loyalty points scheme is a means of tracking supporters’ dedication with the benefits seeing the most loyal supporters able to gain first access for the popular games where demand is likely to exceed supply. Supporters with the most loyalty points will be able to purchase tickets first.
Through the use of the See360 Ticketing System, loyalty points will be awarded to supporters who purchase tickets in advance of games either online or from the ticket office with their unique client reference number.
Leyton Orient’s Marketing and Partnerships Manager, Rob Noble, commented, “Results and observations from fan surveys and panels have shown that supporters would like to see a loyalty scheme in place that rewards the most dedicated of fans and we are delighted to have introduced this loyalty scheme. The scheme rewards supporters for purchasing tickets and is the first phase of a whole membership and loyalty offering which is being rolled out for the 2014-15 season.”
Rob continued, “We have done extensive research into what would be practical and feasible at Brisbane Road over the last 12 to 18 months and we are sure this proposition will give added value to supporters while also providing opportunities for it to evolve into something more beneficial for both the football club and supporters alike as the O’s enters one of the most exciting era’s in its long and illustrious history.”
Supporters registered on the database will automatically be part of the loyalty scheme and need do nothing further. To start collecting points, simply log in to your account with your client reference number and book your match ticket.
