NEW O's manager Geraint Williams quickly got down to business on his first day in the hotseat, overseeing an indoor training session at the Score Centre.

With the bad weather continuing to play havoc with the club's training pitches, the O's first team moved indoors for a futsal session under the watchful eye of their new boss, assistant manager Kevin Nugent and goalkeeping coach Kevin Dearden.

Wayne Gray, who is battling back to fitness following a cruciate ligament injury, played a part in training, while new loan signing Jimmy Smith was also giving a glimpse of his talents.
