Access
Wheelchair bound supporters can be housed in the West, South and East stands (with the East Stand available to away supporters). Step free access is available for the disabled supporter and their carer. Ambulant disabled supporters can be accommodated in all areas of the ground.
Tickets
At present, disabled supporters, both wheelchair bound and ambulant, are admitted to the Matchroom Stadium free of charge along with their helpers if needed. Tickets should be booked in advance with the ticket office on 0871 310 1883 or by email (by clicking here). The breakdown of seating in each stand is as follows:
West Stand - 23 wheelchair spaces & 23 carers
North Stand - 16 wheelchair spaces & 16 carers
East Stand - 22 wheelchair spaces & 22 carers (When the East Stand is given over in full to visiting supporters, all 22 wheelchair spaces are allocated, however, when open to both home and away supporters, there are 15 spaces for home supporters and seven for away supporters)
Parking
The Club unfortunately has limited parking facilities for both disabled and non-disabled supporters. We can allocate three dedicated disabled spaces within the stadium which must be booked via Lindsey Martin. There is also street parking with marked disabled bays in Brisbane Road which are taken on a first come first served basis. These are not allocated by the Club and must be used by blue badge holders with the badges displayed at all times to avoid parking contraventions.
Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are admitted to the Stadium with visually impaired supporters and arrangements can be made via Lindsey Martin on 0871 310 1881 or via email (by clicking here).
Disability Liaison
The Club's disability liaison officer is Lindsey Martin. Lindsey can be contacted on 0871 310 1881 or email (by clicking here).
Hearing Loop
The Club are currently working with the National Association of Disabled Supporters to install a hearing loop in the Ticket Office. Once completed, details will be announced and published on this page.
