Ibehre & Gray Set For Reserves Run Out
JABO IBEHRE and Wayne Gray, the substitutes who helped Orient rescue a point from Saturday's local derby with Southend United, will continue their comebacks from injury in this afternoon's reserve match against Southampton.
The pair, who were sidelined with Achilles and thigh injuries respectively, will be pushing for a start in Saturday's game at Tranmere, and a good performance against the Saints would only help their cause.
Another player making a return from injury is Clayton Fortune, who will start alongside Sam Oji in the heart of the O's backline after recovering from a twice-dislocated shoulder.
Fellow professionals Glenn Morris, AIden Palmer and Efe Echanomi will add experience to Orient's second string, who are looking for a fourth straight win.
Southampton, currently second in the Pontin's Holidays Combination Central Division, could go top with a victory.
Kick-off at Brisbane Road is at 2pm, with admission to the match priced at £5 adults and £3 concessions. Orient season ticket holders are admitted free of charge.
Orient: Glenn Morris; Simon Megson, Sam Oji, Clayton Fortune, Aiden Palmer; Wayne Gray, Solomon Shields, Jack Page, Loick Pires; Jabo Ibehre, Efe Echanomi
Subs: Scott Grange, Frankie Webb, Brandon Martin, Harry Baker, Adam Marsh
