O's Duo Return To Training
SEAN THORNTON and Alton Thelwell returned to full training on Thursday morning following their absences with hamstring and knee injuries respectively.
Thornton, 24, limped out of Orient's 2-0 defeat at Northampton on January 25 after suffering a recurrence of the hamstring problem that kept him out for five weeks in November and December.
But, having shaken off his problem, he is hoping to be involved in Saturday's trip to Luton Town.
Thelwell, meanwhile, has been kept out of action with a knee injury that came to a head at the end of December.
Following a period of rest, he is now ready to resume training and will be pushing for inclusion again soon.
However, Tamika Mkandawire could be out for up for a month after a long-standing groin problem forced him out of Tuesday's defeat to Crewe.
