ORIENT got down to work on their pre-season tour to Belgium on Monday afternoon with a training session in Wilrijk.

O's manager Martin Ling put his squad through their paces just an hour after arriving in Antwerp with the session on the artificial pitch adjacent to KFCO Wilrijk's stadium.

The Londoners face KFCO on Wednesday evening in their first pre-season friendly of the summer.
