DEAN MORGAN returned to training on Friday morning following his lay-off with a foot injury and the on-loan winger could be available for selection when the O's travel to Bristol Rovers tomorrow.

Morgan, 25, has only managed two substitute appearances for the O's since arriving on loan from Luton Town at the end of August, but he will be hoping to kick start his Brisbane Road career now.

He could come in to Martin Ling's thinking for his 16-man squad at the Memorial Stadium and 18-year-old Harry Baker will also hoping to be involved after his successful debut at Brighton & Hove Albion on Tuesday.

JJ Melligan comes back into the reckoning after missing the trip to the Withdean Stadium with illness, but Tamika Mkandawire and Danny Granville will not travel as they continue building up their fitness.

The pair, who have been absent with groin and hernia problems respectively, should be available for Tuesday's reserve game against Wycombe Wanderers.

Wayne Gray remains on the long-term injured list with his knee injury, while Loick Pires is also out with a knee problem.

Saturday marks the final game of striker Jack Jeffery's loan spell, but he too is missing with a knee complaint.

For Bristol Rovers, Steve Elliott is hoping to be fit after a dead leg, but fellow defender Joe Jacobson is on international duty with Wales under-21s.

Ryan Green could also miss out with a recurrence of the hamstring injury which sidelined him last weekend.
