LUTON TOWN will host the O's in a pre-season friendly on Saturday July 25.
The Hatters, who won the Johnstone's Paint Trophy last season despite suffering relegation to the Blue Square Premier, become the sixth side to confirm a friendly meeting with Orient this summer and it will be the O's first trip to Kenilworth Road since the 2007/08 season.
Luton will be the second Conference National side to face Orient in pre-season, coming four days after a trip to Ebbsfleet United, and the Londoners' summer schedule is beginning to take shape.
Geraint Williams' men will travel to Billericay, St Albans, Bishop's Stortford and League 2 side Dagenham & Redbridge, as well as Ebbsfleet and Luton.
