KRISTIAN O'LEARY will make his first appearance in Orient colours on Tuesday afternoon when the reserve side get their totesport.com Combination Central Division campaign underway with a Brisbane Road fixture against Brighton & Hove Albion.
O'Leary, 32, joined Orient on loan from Swansea City on Monday and he will line-up alongside first year pro Darryl Sydes in the centre of midfield.
Five more professionals are named in the O's starting line-up, including the likes of Andrew Cave-Brown, Adrian Patulea and Loick Pires, whose game time in first team fixtures has been limited so far.
Second year scholar Jack Giddens, who was named on the bench for Saturday's draw with Carlisle due to Jamie Jones' injury, starts in goal, while there are also starts for fellow youth teamers Elliott Babbs and Moses Odubajo.
Young Congolese trialist Mike Cestor Botuli, who featured for the youth team at the weekend, is also given a chance to impress.
Kick-off at Brisbane Road is at 2pm, with admission priced at £5 adults and £3 concessions. Orient season ticket holders are admitted free of charge.
