ORIENT manager Geraint Williams is confident his team has what it takes to shine on the big stage when they travel to Norwich City on Tuesday night.
The Canaries' average crowd this season is close to 25,000 and Williams says his side should be inspired by the occasion.
Having beaten Millwall on Saturday to end a run of eight games without a victory, the O's will also approach their trip to Carrow Road in good heart.
"What an opportunity this is for the players," Williams said. "This is why we're all in football - you want to play in front of the biggest crowds and the best stadiums.
"There aren't many bigger or better than Norwich. It's a fantastically supported club and I reckon the crowd will be something like 24,000.
"It's great and something to look forward to."
The O's boss was delighted with the fighting spirit shown by his side in the derby victory over the Lions and he wants more of the same in the coming weeks.
"We were delighted with the win on Saturday - it's been a while coming at home, but it has been coming," he continued
"In the previous two home games we were unfortunate not to win, so it was nice to get the result against Millwall. We move on now and will look to follow that with another good performance and result tonight.
"We battled and scrapped and we did the ugly side of the game well on Saturday. It was a derby game and it was full blooded.
"All over the field we went into challenges and won them. That made us harded to play against and it had a big impact on the result."
Jason Demetriou was forced off the field with a head injury during the win over Millwall, but having had the wound stitched up, he could be available for selection at Carrow Road.
However, Stephen Purches (cheekbone), Sean Thornton, Kristian O'Leary (both knee) and Adam Chambers (calf) are all out.
Williams added: "Jason's looking pretty ugly. He's got a massive scar down his forehead - it's probably a bit bigger than Harry Potter's - but he's a game lad and he did a bit of training yesterday.
"We'll see how it settles down and will make a decision later today."
