Youngsters Discover Cup Fate Today

Posted on: Tue 20 Oct 2009

ORIENT'S youth team will learn their FA Youth Cup sponsored by E.ON fate this evening when Bromley and Chatham Town battle it out for the right to take on the O's in the first round of the competition.

The non-league duo face each other at Chatham's Sports Ground this evening in a third qualifying round tie.

Chatham, who compete in the Kent Youth League, have seen off South Park, Croydon and Eastbourne Borough to reach the final round of qualifying, whilst Ryman Youth League side Bromley beat Eastbourne Town and East Grinstead in the earlier rounds.

Orient reached the third round of last year's FA Youth Cup, beating Boreham Wood and Wycombe Wanderers before bowing out to Watford.
