ADAM CHAMBERS has become the latest O's player to commit his future to the club, agreeing to sign a new one-year deal with an option for a further year.
The 29-year-old midfielder, Orient's longest serving player having joined the club in August 2006, was out of contract at the end of the 2009/10 campaign, but will now extend his stay in E10.
He has played 162 games for the club, scoring ten goals and was named as Orient's Player of the Year in the 2007/08 season.
O's boss Russell Slade is delighted to secure the services of Chambers for next term.
He said: "Adam is our longest-serving player and I'm delighted that he has agreed to sign his new contract.
"He gives us an athletic and mobile presence in midfield, and he also brings a wealth of experience. He's a model professional."
Meanwhile, 18-year-old French defender Mike Cestor, who graduated from the O's youth team last term, has agreed to put pen-to-paper on a new two-year deal in E10.
The pair join Scott McGleish and Ryan Jarvis in signing new contracts with Orient this summer, while Slade is still waiting on the decision of left back Charlie Daniels.
