1648: And it's all over. Late heartbreak for the O's who bow out of the Joma South West Cup at the semi-final stage.

90 mins: GOAL TO BLACKPOOL Free kick to Blackpool and Charlie Adam over the ball. It hits the crossbar but Ian Evatt is on hand to nod home.

86 mins: Blackpool upping the pressure, but Orient are holding firm.

79 mins: Blackpool's Ishmel Demontagnac looks to change that as he meets Jason Euell's low cross, but his effort is cleared off the line by Ben Tozer.

77 mins: The game is drifting at the moment with penalties looking likely.

71 mins: Orient opt to make a fourth change of their own now, with Adrian Patulea replacing Scott McGleish.

60 mins: A change for both teams - Jonathan Téhoué replaces Alex Revell for the O's and Alex Baptiste replaces Ash Easton for Blackpool.

58 mins: Keith Southern goes close for the Tangerines, clipping over the crossbar after receiving the ball 18 yards from goal.

53 mins: Blackpool have been ignoring the competition's three subs rule all tournament long and they've made four changes at the break in addition to their first half substitution. Ian Evatt, Keith Southern, Stephen Crainey and Jason Euell are all on.

52 mins: Great chance for the O's as Kenny Gillet delivers a cross from the right. Alex Revell is on the end of it, but stretching backwards he can only nod wide of the target.

48 mins: Gary Taylor-Fletcher gets through on goal but slices wide of the mark with just Jamie Jones to beat.

1601: And we're back underway for the second half. Mike Cestor has replaced Elliot Omozusi for the O's.

1545: Half time here in Barnstaple. A quiet opening 45 minutes were punctuated by Francis Jeffers' 23rd minute opener and Scott McGleish's headed leveller right on half time.

Orient have played some neat football and are holding their own against the Barclays Premier League side, and 1-1 is about right.

44 mins: GOAL TO ORIENT The O's are deservedly level right on half time. Dean Cox's wickedly inswinging cross begged to be headed home and Scott McGleish obliged, nodding into the top right corner from close in.

43 mins: More neat football from the O's ends with Scott McGleish sidefooting into Mark Halsted's arms.

35 mins: Scott McGleish takes on a snap shot from 20 yards that deflects off a Blackpool defender and flies behind for a corner.

27 mins: Matthew Spring warms Mark Halsted's palms with a fierce 25 yard drive after Alex Revell and Scott McGleish combine to lay on the shooting opportunity.

25 mins: Orient look to bounce back straight away when Scott McGleish looks to take Alex Revell's knock down under his control. Goalkeeper Mark Halsted is able to smuggle the ball behind for a corner though.

23 mins: GOAL TO BLACKPOOL Little in the way of action in the game's opening quarter, but Francis Jeffers comes to life inside the O's box when he finds himself in space to latch on to a clipped ball over the top. He takes his time before drilling low past Jamie Jones in the O's goal.

20 mins: Orient are forced into an early change too, with Jimmy Smith replaces Adam Chambers.

17 mins: Latest news from the other semi is that Shrewsbury are 1-0 up against Havant & Waterlooville.

15 mins: The game's first chance falls to Orient when Blackpool keeper Mark Halsted is penalised for handling a backpass. Alex Revell grabs the ball and takes the free kick quickly, but Halsted is alert enough to save Stephen Dawson's shot.

10 mins: Almond can't continue and Charlie Adam replaces him up front, joining Brett Ormerod and Francis Jeffers in the Tangerines' front line.

6 mins: Blackpool down to 10 men at the moment as Louis Almond receives treatment for an injury.

1459: And we're underway

1456: The teams are out and going through the pre-match formalities.

1450: Orient beat Eastleigh 2-1 and Truro City 4-0 in their two group games in the competition this week, while Blackpool booked their semi-final slot by defeating Accrington Stanley 2-1 and seeing off Kilmarnock 5-4 on penalties after a 2-2 draw.

1445: The likes of Rob Edwards, Gary Taylor-Fletcher, David Vaughan, Brett Ormerod, Neal Eardley and Ishmel Demontagnac are included in Blackpool's starting line-up.

1441: Orient line up with Jamie Jones in goal, Elliot Omozusi, Ben Tozer, Terrell Forbes and Kenny Gillet at the back. Stephen Dawson, Adam Chambers, Matthew Spring and Dean Cox are in midfield, with Scott McGleish and Alex Revell up front.

Lee Butcher, Ryan Jarvis, Adrian Patulea, Jonathan Téhoué, Mike Cestor, Jimmy Smith and Harry Beautyman are on the bench.

1438: Dean Cox returns to the O's starting line up following his slight ankle injury, but Ben Chorley (calf), Aaron Brown (groin) and Charlie Daniels (knee) are still out.

1435: Welcome to Mill Road in Barnstaple for the Joma South West Challenge Cup semi-final between Leyton Orient and Blackpool.

The O's and Blackpool both boast 100% records in this competition, but one will lose that and go home today.

For the victors, the final awaits tomorrow at Bideford.
