2133: All over. Orient bossed the opening half and were well worth their interval lead. It could even have been greater as they hit the woodwork four times, but Spurs ended the game strongly and were rewarded with their two second half goals.

90 mins: Adam Smith is replaced by Jake Nicholson for the visitors after one reckless tackle too many.

85 mins: Stephen Dawson's cross from the right needs a touch from Oscar Jansson, and the Spurs stopper tips the ball onto the top of the crossbar and behind for a corner.

79 mins: Chance for the O's as Elliot Omozusi crosses from the right and Ryan Jarvis' back post volley forces a low stop from Oscar Jansson.

77 mins: GOAL TO TOTTENHAM Tottneham grab the leveller they've been threatening when Ryan Mason spreads the play out to the right hand side, Nathan Byrne delivers the cross and Jon Obika nods home.

74 mins: Spurs are upping the pressure as they look for an equaliser and Jonathan Obika opens his legs to make a chance for himself in the right channel, but Ben Tozer closes down the angles and Obika can only shoot wide.

70 mins: Another chance for Harry Kane as Robert Eagle gets sucked in from left back, but the Spurs flanker curls his effort just wide of the mark.

68 mins: Harry Kane makes a good run in off the right flank and reaches a through ball from the midfield, but Lee Butcher is quickly off his line to nick the ball off the Spurs man's toes.

65 mins: Dean Cox hangs up a cross from the left, Jonathan Téhoué heads back, and Ryan Jarvis sends in a shot that gets deflected behind.

62 mins: Another three changes for the O's - Lee Butcher, Aaron Brown and Ryan Jarvis on for Jamie Jones, Terrell Forbes and Alex Revell

59 mins: Trialist Robert Eagle replaces Mike Cestor for the O's.

58 mins: Spurs are making more of an impression now and Jon Obika shoots wide from 20 yards.

55 mins: GOAL TO TOTTENHAM Spurs give themselves a lifeline when Jon Obika gets past Mike Cestor on the byline and cuts back for Ryan Mason to find the net from six yards.

52 mins: Orient hit the post for a third time! Elliot Omozusi runs past Adam Smith and delivers a low ball for Alex Revell, who controls and plants a shot onto the upright from 10 yards.

46 mins: An early second half chance for Spurs as Jonathan Obika's 12 yard shot is knocked over the bar by Jamie Jones' foot.

2046: The players are out for the second half. Orient have brought on Jonathan Téhoué, Ben Tozer and Jimmy Smith for Scott McGleish, Adam Chambers and Ben Chorley.

Spurs have introduced Paul-Jose M'Poku Ebunge for Andros Townsend and Dean Parrett for Adel Taarabt. Oscar Jansson is also on for David Button in goal.

2031: Half time and a professional job done by the O's so far. 2-0 and a well deserved interval lead.

Orient's neat football has carved Spurs open at times and it could be four or five.

44 mins: Ryan Mason makes a fine burst from midfield and receives the ball 25 yards from goal. He looks up, assesses his options and tries to chip Jamie Jones but the O's keeper is right behind the shot.

40 mins: Orient arwe looking comfortable and Ryan Mason's wayward shot over the bar from 30 yards is Spurs' first threatening moment for a while.

32 mins: The visitors' woodwork is clattered again, this time from a Terrell Forbes header following Dean Cox's dead ball delivery.

30 mins: Orient are creating chances at will against Spurs' youngsters at the moment, and Matthew Spring's free kick is nodded back across goal by Alex Revell, but Scott McGleish knocks over on the stretch.

28 mins: Another Cox cross and another Revell header that goes cross, this time slipping over the crossbar. Good stuff from the O's.

27 mins: It's no nearly three for the O's when Dean Cox's cross picks out Alex Revell unmarked at the far post, but his looping header rebounds off the post and to safety.

24 mins: Adel Taarabt goes down very theatrically inside the area under a challenge from Stephen Dawson, but referee Mick Russell quite rightly waves away his appeals.

20 mins: GOAL TO ORIENT Spurs are enjoying more of the ball, but Orient are using their experience to good effect and they double their advantage when Scott McGleish is left all alone to collect Stephen Dawson's through pass and clip over David Button in the Spurs goal.

18 mins: Spurs look for an immediate response and Danny Rose's pass from the left flank picks out Simon Dawkins, but his can't get hold of the shot and it rolls feebly wide.

16 mins: GOAL TO ORIENT Ben Chorley steps up and buries the spot kick beyond David Button's dive into the bottom right had corner.

15 mins: PENALTY TO ORIENT Spurs can't get the corner clear and Scott McGleish's eventual shot is handled on the line.

14 mins: It's Orient's turn to threaten, and Alex Revell brings a fine save from David Button with his fierce shot from 15 yards, following a move that involved Stephen Dawson and Adam Chambers.

11 mins: Andros Townsend tries his luck after a neat exchange with Adel Taarabt, but Jamie Jones is right behind the former O's loan player's shot.

8 mins: Tottenham's Ryan Mason has the first shot of the game, drilling a low shot wide of the mark from 25 yards.

1945: And we're underway here in E10.
