ORIENT manager Russell Slade is set to ring the changes for Wednesday night's Johnstone's Paint Trophy first round tie at Brighton & Hove Albion.
The O's face their seventh game in a hectic opening month to the campaign and Slade could give a debut to summer signing Aaron Brown.
The 27-year-old centre back joined the O's from Aldershot Town and has sat on the bench so far this season but could step into the fray at the Withdean Stadium.
Also hoping for involvement are strikers Ryan Jarvis, who scored in the Carling Cup victory at Swindon Town, and Jonathan Téhoué, who will be hoping for another chance to impress after starting for the first time this campaign in the recent defeat to West Bromwich Albion.
Wednesday's game will mark the third year in succession that Orient and Brighton have met in this competition.
The O's defeated the Sussex club, then managed by Slade, in last year's edition, but bowed out on penalties at Withdean in the 2008/09 season.
Kick-off is at 7.15pm, with tickets available to O's supporters from the Oliver Road ticket office up until 1pm.
