ESSEX referee Andy D'Urso will take charge of Saturday's npower League 1 meeting between Huddersfield Town and the O's.
Experienced official D'Urso has been on the National List of Referees since 1994, and spent seven years as a Select Group Referee, and four as a FIFA referee.
He has taken charge of the FA Community Shield, FA Youth Cup final and the League 1 play-off final in his career, and he has been the man in the middle for one Barclays Premier League game this term - Aston Villa's 3-0 destruction of West Ham United.
D'Urso issued his first red card of the campaign to Shrewsbury striker Matt Harrold in their 1-1 draw with Aldershot Town on August 21.
Last season saw him dish out 104 yellow and three red cards at an average of 2.9 bookings a game.
He last refereed the O's in December 2009, when Gillingham were defeated 3-1 at Brisbane Road. The Gills endured a nightmare journey to east London that day and Geraint Williams' Orient took full advantage.
D'Urso will be assisted by Robert Mackay and Gavin Muge on Saturday, with Michael Blackledge as fourth official.
