GLENN successfully fought off the challenge of Stuart Nelson last season to re-establish himself at the club's first choice goalkeeper - three years since he last held that role.

Glenn is now Orient's longest-serving player and he has always displayed lightning reflexes and outstanding agility.

His outstanding form over the closing months of last season proved that he is more than ready to become Orient's number one and Martin Ling made it a summer priority to confirm that, handing Morris a new two-year contract.

Glenn was a member of the O's double winning under-19 side of 2000/01, the highlight of which was keeping a clean sheet at the Millennium Stadium when Bradford were beaten in the final of the Football League Youth Alliance Cup.

He made his first team debut at the age of 17 and has gone on to make over 100 appearances for the club.

And after waiting patiently for his chance to shine again, Morris will be determined to grab the opportunity with both hands this season.
