Tottenham youngster Andy Barcham joined Orient on loan from the White Hart Lane club in November 2007.
The versatile 21-year-old forward joins Charlie Daniels in making the temporary switch from N17 and Barcham will be hoping to make a similarly impressive impact as his clubmate.
A pacy player who can operate as a striker or on either wing, Barcham has one senior Spurs appearance to his name, in a Carling Cup victory over Port Vale last season.
He has been a regular in Tottenham's reserve side in recent years and O's boss Martin Ling was delighted to add the former England U16 international to his attacking options.
