French youngster Mike Cestor came into the O's youth set up on non-contract terms early in the 2009/10 season, quickly establishing himself as a regular in the under-18s. Impressive in the youngsters' run to the FA Youth Cup fourth round, Mike signed his first professional contract in December 2009. He has featured at both centre back and left back for the youth and reserve teams, and earned his first call into the senior squad for the home match against Southend United in December 2009, when he was an unused substitute.
