Puma Youth Alliance Cup Group Four

ORIENT'S youth team recorded their first clean sheet of the season as they boosted their Puma Youth Alliance Cup chances with a 0-0 draw at home to Luton Town.

Having lost their previous two group games, Kevin Nugent's team were in need on a positive result, and a strong defensive display was central to that.

Youth t eam manager Nugent said: "It was a very scrappy game played on a difficult pitch and I'm delighted that we kept a clean sheet.

"We will look to build on the positives from this result now and take them into the final group game against Peterborough."
