Peterborough United 0 - 1 Leyton Orient
Puma Youth Alliance South East Conference

THE youth team's final away fixture of the season ended in success when Chris Benjamin's goal proved enough to beat Peterborough United on Saturday.

Penalty expert Daniel Bygrave saved yet another spot kick en route to victory and youth team manager Wayne Burnett was pleased with the three point haul.

"It was a tight contest and pleasing to come away with the victory," he said.

"Neither side made much of an impression in the first half and there were very few chances, but we got better as the game wore on and scored the winner midway through the second half.

"It was a well-worked goal for Chris and after we scored, we managed to hang on for a clean sheet and the win."
