MATHIEU BAUDRY has been named in the Football League’s official npower League 1 Team of the Week for his role in Saturday’s 2-0 win over Preston.
The 24-year-old Frenchman made the most of his first League start since September by heading the Londoners in front before half time and helping them keep a clean sheet against a Preston side who were unbeaten in six.
Baudry’s header was his second goal of the season following a summer move from AFC Bournemouth.
He was selected in a back four alongside Jon Otsemobor of MK Dons, Doncaster’s Tommy Spurr and Crewe left back Gregor Robertson.
