Candidates will be required to work in a busy retailing environment on all weekdays, as well as evening and weekend matchdays as required over the course of the football season. The ideal candidate will ensure that all types of transactions – whether in-store, online or over the telephone – are dealt with in the smoothest and most efficient manner possible. A friendly and helpful attitude is also needed, in order to add maximum value to a fans’ experience here at Leyton Orient.
Previous Retail-related and Customer Service experience is essential for this role, as is a minimum of one years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial post. Being trained in Cash Handling and Staff Management is also preferable.
