Hospitality numbers at games this season have been going from strength to strength and last Saturday’s game against Walsall saw over 170 people enjoy the pre-match offering at the Matchroom Stadium.
Guests over the season have been treated to some pre-match interviews with some of the first team players and backroom staff, while Saturday saw club legend Peter Kitchen take centre stage as he dined with guests before jumping on the microphone and being quizzed by Commercial Manager, Tom Jeffes ahead of kick off.
Kitchen had two spells with the O’s in the late 70’s and early 80’s and was a key part of the side that guided Orient to the FA Cup Semi Final in 1978 and this was referred to when asked in front of the assembled diners ahead of Saturday’s game while he also spoke of how much joy he was taking from seeing the fantastic start to this season.
Next up at home there is a special offer on hospitality for the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie with Coventry City, with full hospitality available at just £35 per person including a two course meal and a seat for the game in the Gallery.
Following on from that is the visit of MK Dons in the league on Saturday 12th October and with the game being the special Laurie Cunningham themed day, we are also expecting to hear from some great names in the game with places already filling up fast so please book early to avoid disappointment.
