ORIENT midfielder Harry Lee has joined Farnborough in the Conference South on a one-month loan deal.
Lee has risen through the ranks at the O’s and signed his first professional contract at the end of last season having made his debut in the last game of the 2012-13 season against Oldham.
Despite being on the bench on a number of occasions this season, he has yet to appear this season and O’s Assistant Manager Kevin Nugent believes the experience will do Lee good.
“It’s important for our young lads to go and experience men’s football,” said Nugent. “We don’t have a development group as such and it can be difficult to squeeze games in for them so the experience should do Harry good to get some valuable minutes under his belt.”
Lee is the latest O’s youngster to head on loan along with the following: De’Reece Vanderhyde (Concord Rangers), Charlie Grainger (Cray Wanderers), Jack Sherratt (Cray Wanderers), Harrison Georgiou (St Albans City).
