The pre-match fun included games for people to get involved with which were located opposite the West Stand Ticket Office outside the score centre as well as in the park on Oliver Road.
Fans were able to test their reactions with the Batak game, test their shot speed with the inflatable speed radar game as well as their accuracy with some target activities.
Then at half time, two lucky supporters were selected from the crowd to compete in a dribbling game on the pitch, which included large inflatable columns and giant inflated balls, with the winner taking home a voucher for a full platter at Nando’s, who were match sponsors for the day.
Marketing & Partnerships Manager for the O’s Rob Noble commented, “We are always looking for ways to improve the matchday experience and with the significant support from Global Games on Saturday, we were able to provide some activities for supporters to enjoy pre-match as well as the competition as part of the half time entertainment.”
We were joined by some volunteers from Leyton College who helped out on the day and we are grateful for their support. We will be looking to give further opportunities at future games to help create a better matchday experience for supporters of all ages.”
