The globally renowned coffee and baked goods restaurants are back in the UK and are celebrating with the O’s by offering supporters attending the Bristol City fixture on New Year’s Day, the opportunity to take part in the half time competition, read on for all the details…

The Orient commercial team will be hosting the Dunkin’ Brands CEO and Chairman, Nigel Travis along with his guests as match sponsors for the first game of 2014 calendar year. Born down the road from E10 in Woodford and graduating with a Business Management degree from Middlesex University, Nigel went on to work in senior roles for Blockbuster Inc and Papa John’s Pizza in America before assuming his current role of CEO of Dunkin’ Brands in January 2009 with the Chairmanship of the multi-billion dollar organisation added in May 2013.

Having been a fan of his local club for over 50 years, Nigel has supported the O’s financially for a while despite living in America. Most notably of late his financial support has come in the form of sponsorship of the club from his own personal wealth. Nigel has promoted Baskin Robbins, the ice cream arm of the Dunkin Brands company, as the Family Stand Sponsor alongside their branding as the O’s Official Website Sponsor, somewhere he visits often living overseas.

With Dunkin’ Donuts recently returning to English soil after a twenty year absence, the first store opened in Harrow, North London on December 17th and they are set to open over 150 stores in the country over the next five years, 50 of which will be in North and East London with a Chelmsford store opening in the very near future.

In advance of the game and in recognition of Nigel’s long standing support, fans are invited to enter the following competition with the three lucky winners selected going forward to take part in the half time cross bar challenge on New Year’s Day where further prizes will be on offer.
