Following the introduction of the brand new catering App that allows supporters to pre-order their food at the Matchroom Stadium and collect either pre-match or at half time, we are pleased to report a successful initial launch in the Cunningham Bar last weekend.
A number of fans took advantage of the My Order App and placed their order before picking it up, hassle free, from the special dedicated window, enabling them to beat the busy queues at the cash kiosks.
Supporter Tom Williams who used the App on Saturday in the Cunningham Bar commented, “I didn’t believe it would work at first but thought I would give it a go and it was fantastic. It was very easy to place the order, no queue when I got there and my order was ready to take away immediately. It’s great, it means I can get back in my seat for the start of the second half now and don’t have to waste time stood in the queues.”
The My Order App will be in operation once again for Tuesday night’s game in the Cunningham Bar only. Spectators in other areas of the stadium will be informed of when the product is available in their areas.
The process is simple, download the App from the relevant link below or search ‘My Order App’
The short code in the App is ‘LEYT’ which will provide you with the menu available. Place your order and make the payment in the App, then simply head to the special collection only kiosk at the time you selected where your order will be ready and waiting.
Remember, this is only available in the Cunningham bar at present with a view to being rolled out around the stadium over the coming weeks and months.
