With the vast majority of Russell Slade’s squad already signed up for the new campaign, it’s time for you to get on board as we look to rise again and push for a place in the Championship once more. Season ticket holders for the 2013-14 campaign were treated to some of the most exciting football seen in E10 as the O’s finished third in the table with the highest ever points tally in the Club’s history, as well as receiving priority tickets for the unforgettable Play-Off games against Peterborough and the trip to Wembley.
Season tickets will go on-sale tomorrow (Wednesday May 28 – FULL DETAILS ON HOW TO PURCHASE TO FOLLOW) but prices have been announced now which can been seen below, whilst the hugely successful referral scheme from last year also returns!
Despite a slight increase in prices (around £1 more per game for adults), tickets remain amongst the most competitively priced in League 1 and in particular in the South East, with season ticket holders effectively attending around a third of the games in E10 for free. There will also be no change to junior prices in the North Stand as we continue to make football as affordable as possible for families to attend.
2014-15 SEASON TICKET PRICES
Under 18 £75
Under 11 £50
Concessions apply to under 18s, over 65s, students with a valid ID card, and current serving members of the Armed Forces
Disabled spectators are eligible for a free season ticket and must provide receipt of DLA at middle or high rate.
The price rise represents the first increase since promotion to League 1 in 2006 and prices are comparable with the 2008-09 season after ticket prices were lowered in 2009-10.
Orient Chairman Barry Hearn believes the ticket prices still provide exceptional value for supporters. “It’s a great opportunity to get signed up now and get behind the players and Russell Slade for the forthcoming year,” said Hearn.
“We continue to do our absolute best to make football as affordable as possible for our supporters though we need to remain competitive and that means a very slight rise in prices. Nonetheless we believe the prices to be very fair and still offer great value. The average price increase is still less than £1 per game for supporters which I hope people are more than willing to pay given what a fantastic side we have here at the moment and how much it can cost to watch live football elsewhere in the capital.
“The support for the Club has been magnificent recently and I’d encourage everyone to spread the word and get friends and family signed up for a season ticket for next season. It could be another memorable one and you wouldn’t want to miss out!”
For those fans looking to introduce others to an Orient season ticket, the referral scheme returns which saw some fans save over £100 on their ticket last year.
Referring a new season ticket holder (ie. someone who did not hold a season ticket for the 2013-14 season) will qualify you both for a 10% discount on your season ticket. The 10% will be discounted from the full price of the season ticket for each new season ticket holder you refer, whilst the new season ticket holder will also receive 10% off the full price of their own season ticket.
For example if you refer seven new season ticket holders you will receive a 70% discount whilst each of the new season ticket holders will receive 10% off the price of their season ticket.
OR if you manage to find 10 willing to get on board for next season then you can get your season ticket FREE! So why not hunt down some of those friends and family you took to Wembley and get them involved!
Stand Up For The Orient season ticket holders who attended a minimum of 10 games last season and still remain either 14-18 years old, or a full time student under the age of 21, will be able to claim another SUFTO season ticket for 2014-15. Those eligible will be contacted by email in due course.
