Stadia branding firm Sports ID signed a two year agreement last summer to become an Official Club Partner with the O’s in a deal that includes their branding appearing on the first team home, away and replica shorts along with further exposure around the club to recognise the important role they are playing as a main sponsor.
As part of the deal, Sports Identity became an official signage partner, providing branding for the club and sponsors, around the Matchroom Stadium. Work over 2013-14 season has included installation of new signage both internally and externally, production of advertising boards, as well as production and installation of the large banners at the rear of the Tommy Johnston South Stand. They also produced the giant crowd banner that made its debut at Wembley stadium and will be on show again over the course of the season.
Sports ID’s Client Relationship Manager, Dan Piwinski said, “These are exciting times under the new ownership at Leyton Orient and we hope they can go one better next season. The partnership has proved very beneficial for us and we are looking forward to developing the relationship even further over the season.”
Orient Commercial Manager, Tom Jeffes, commented, “I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the Sports ID team for their support over the first season of the agreement. They have been a pleasure to work with and have always delivered an excellent service to the football club. We are looking forward to continuing the partnership this year in what is shaping up to be another exciting season for the O’s and I am sure Sports ID will be with us every step of the way!”
