“It was a more difficult game than we’ve had recently,” he said. “Preston were a strong opposition both physically and technically so we are pleased to get a point. We did well defensively and showed good strength of character. We were disappointed with the goals we conceded though as the first goal especially was a gift for them.
“Nonetheless, we scored two very good goals and Mooney and Dagnall did well for both of them.
