LEYTON ORIENT have today signed goalkeeper Alex Cisak on loan from Burnley.
The 25-year-old is a former Australia youth international and has already been out on loan this season to York City in League Two.
He joined Burnley from Oldham in the summer of 2013 but has found opportunities limited at Turf Moor and has now signed a loan deal at Orient until March 9.
He will wear the number 40 during his time in E10.
Speaking to www.leytonorient.com upon signing, he said: “I’m very happy to be here and want to help the club climb the table. I’m a commanding goalkeeper, I come for crosses and try to organise the back four. I’ve met the lads who seem a really good set of guys too plus I know Nathan Clarke from my time at Oldham, Marvin Bartley from Burnley and Shane Lowry through his brother which helps a bit to settle in. I’m looking forward to getting going and hopefully keeping some clean sheets.”
