Coventry Free Coach Travel

Leyton Orient are pleased to announce the opportunity to take advantage of some free coach travel for the away game at the Ricoh Arena against Coventry City.

The game was originally scheduled to take place on Good Friday at 3pm but was re-arranged to the evening of Wednesday 1st April following Coventry’s move back to the Ricoh Arena.

Orient’s Chief Executive Officer, Alessandro Angelieri, commented, “After listening to supporters we understand that the re-scheduling of the game from a public holiday to a midweek evening makes it difficult for fans to travel. With the game not being televised and the importance of the fixture we want to try and encourage more supporters to travel to the game to get behind the team with this offer.”

The coaches have also been subsidised by Orient’s Official Transport Partner, Anderson Travel, who have made them as affordable as possible to the club and helped even more supporters attend the game.

There will be up to four coaches available so seats will go on sale via a priority booking period using the loyalty points scheme with details of the on sale dates below.

Angelieri continued, “Having introduced a new loyalty scheme this season, we will be using the points system to ensure the fans with the most points get first access to the free coach travel as a reward for their support over the season so far.”

Supporters will be required to pay a £5 deposit to book their place on the coach which will be returned upon arrival at the coach on the day of the game.

Coaches will depart the Matchroom Stadium Brisbane Road on Wednesday 1st April at 2.30pm. Supporters with tickets for the coach will be asked to arrive thirty minutes before the coach departs in order to have their deposits returned and to ensure a timely departure. Coaches will depart shortly after the final whistle and are expected to return at approximately 12.30am.
