Orient loanee Jake Taylor was delighted to play a part in their vital 3-1 win over Port Vale on Saturday.
The 23-year-old Welsh international joined on loan from Championship side Reading on Thursday, and went straight into Fabio Liverani’s side.
And his header back across goal was put into his own net by Vale defender Neill Collins as Orient went 2-1 up, before Dean Cox sealed the win.
Taylor would love to claim the goal, but was just pleased to get the loan spell off to a winning start.
