The O’s had lead through Lloyd James’ 30th minute penalty, but fell 3-1 down after Cody McDonald’s double and one for Jermaine McGlashan,
But a second half turnaround saw Orient pick up a point thanks to Darius Henderson and a second strike in as many games for Josh Wright.
However, the boss was disappointed with their defensive showing, and hopes that was a one off in their bid to avoid relegation.
