Orient slipped to their first defeat in five matches in the 1-0 loss at home to Doncaster Rovers, as Rob Jones’ 55th minute header proved to be the difference between the two sides on Tuesday.
The result left the O’s in 19th place, and they are outside the League One relegation zone on goal difference.
MK Dons are currently third in the table going into this weekend’s game and are on a seven-game unbeaten run, including a 3-0 win over Fleetwood Town on Tuesday.
