Stevenage picked up a 5-1 friendly win over the O’s this afternoon.

Stevenage broke the deadlock on 31 minutes when Dipo Akinyemi’s deflected shot found Brett Williams who found the net from close range.

Akinyemi got himself on the scoresheet six minutes later when he slotted home rom 20 yards, and that was how it remained at the half-time break.

Williams notched his second and Stevenage’s third six minutes into the second period, before two late goals from Trialist, one from the penalty spot, moved the hosts into a 5-0 lead.

The O’s did pull one back nine minutes from time through their Trialist.
