Orient assistant manager Andy Hessenthaler hopes the O’s can pick up their first win of September tomorrow when they make the trip to Northampton Town.
Going into the game, Orient still sit in top spot of League Two, and have recorded back-to-back draws since their only league defeat of the season, which came at Exeter City.
Tomorrow they face a Northampton Town side who have won their least two games, and Chris Wilder’s team currently sit just outside the play-off places in eighth.
With that in mind, Hessenthaler knows they are coming up against a strong Cobblers outfit.
“They had a fantastic win over over Morecambe and we had them watched up there so we know we are in for a tough game,” he told leytonorient.com.
“Northampton are very strong going forward and they have an experienced manager in Chris Wilder so we know they will be well organised. We need to start well like we did at Cambridge and although we haven’t won in September so far, hopefully that will change on Saturday.”
