REACTION: Hendon - "We need to defend better"

Leyton Orient Head Coach Ian Hendon admitted his side made too many defensive mistakes as the 10-man O’s slipped to a 3-2 defeat at Crawley.

After leading 1-0 through Jay Simpson’s eighth of the season they created a number of chances, but the hosts scored three times in the space of 18 first half minutes, while Alan Dunne also saw red late in the half after being adjudged to bring down Rhys Murphy in the box.

And while the O’s created a number of opportunities, Hendon knows they have to improve in the other box.
