Orient Head Coach Ian Hendon labelled the performance at Plymouth Argyle last night as one of the best away from home so far this season.

The O’s lead after just four minutes thanks to a cracking effort from Jay Simpson, his 14th goal of the season, and looked on course for victory until Curtis Nelson’s effort found the back of the net nine minutes from time for the Pilgrims.

Despite losing out on a three-point return, Hendon was pleased with the showing from the O’s.

The Head Coach also revealed striker Jay Simpson picked up an ankle injury which forced him off before half time in the encounter, and hoped to learn the full extent of the injury today.
