Orient first-team coach Kevin Nugent believes it is imperative to build on the last two results when they host AFC Wimbledon tomorrow.
The O’s won 3-2 against York City last Saturday, before following that up with a solid point at League Two leaders Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday night.
Nugent is wary of a Wimbledon side keen to bounce back from their 1-0 loss to Dagenham & Redbridge in midweek, and believes that shows just how evenly-matched a number of teams are in this division.
The first-team coach also reflects on his return to Plymouth Argyle, where he spent three seasons as a player in the 1990s.
