Leyton Orient have completed the signing of Portsmouth midfielder Nigel Atangana for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old has signed an 18-month contract and is eligible to make his debut at Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday.
Having started his career in his home nation of France at the likes of Avranches, Dives, Riudellots and Gravelines, the midfielder moved to England and signed for Conference South side Havant & Waterlooville in 2013.
A successful 2013-14 campaign saw Atangana named the Hawks Player of the Season, earning him a switch to Fratton Park.
During his time at Pompey the midfielder made a total of 48 appearances, scoring his only goal in a 1-1 draw at Cheltenham in December 2014.
Atangana will wear the number 15 shirt during his time at The Matchroom Stadium.
Nigel’s first interview with OrientPlayer HD will be available shortly.
