Orient midfielder Sammy Moore is delighted to be back in the fold following a spell out of the side with injury.
The 28-year-old missed seven games with a burst blood capsule behind his knee, but returned to the squad for last weekend’s 3-1 home defeat to Exeter City.
Moore continued his recover with just over an hour in Tuesday’s Development League encounter with Southend United, and now feels ready to push for a spot back in the starting XI under new player-manager Kevin Nolan.
The arrival of Nolan also means there is added competition for the former AFC Wimbledon man in midfield, but is delighted to have someone of Nolan’s ability at the Club.
