Orient will field a strong side when they travel to Cambridge United this afternoon in the Final Third Development League (2pm kick-off).

A number of O’s first-team squad members will feature in the match against the U’s, including midfielder Lloyd James as he builds up his match fitness following a spell out of the side with an Achilles injury.

New loan goalkeeper David Gregory is likely to start, alongside the likes of Alan Dunne, Connor Essam, Frazer Shaw, Jack Payne, Bradley Pritchard, Blair Turgott, Ollie Palmer and Armand Gnanduillet as they look to force their way into player-manager Kevin Nolan’s plans for Saturday’s home League Two game against Morecambe.
