Leyton Orient can confirm the loan signing of Coventry City defender Peter Ramage, subject to Football League approval.
The 32-year-old has signed on a 28-day loan from the League One side, and is eligible to make his debut on Saturday against Morecambe.
Ramage came through the youth ranks at Newcastle, spending 12 years at St James’ Park before later joining Queens Park Rangers and Crystal Palace along with loan spells with the Eagles and Birmingham City.
The defender has also spent time in League One with Barnsley before joining up with former Orient striker Chris Dagnall at Kerala Blasters in the Indian Premier League in August.
Following the completion of his spell over in India, Ramage linked up with Tony Mowbray’s Sky Blues on a deal until the end of the season, featuring four-times for the Ricoh Arena outfit before making the switch to the O’s today.
Ramage will wear the number 36 shirt during his time in E10 and an interview with the loan signing will be on Orient PlayerHD later today.
