Leyton Orient youngsters Aron Pollock and Sam Sargeant have signed two-year professional deals with the O’s.
Pollock made his first-team debut and picked up the man of the match award in the 1-0 win over Mansfield Town on Saturday. On signing the deal, Pollock said: “I am really delighted to have signed my first professional contract with Orient. I am looking forward to pushing on with pre-season already and building on the first-team experiences I have already gained.”
Sargeant has recently returned from an England Men’s Goalkeeping Camp and has featured on the first-team bench on 11 occasions this term. On the news, Sargeant said: “It is something I have been working towards for a long time and I am very excited for the next two years.
”I am hoping to continue my development and will push to be involved with the first-team on a regular basis.”
Third year scholar Freddy Moncur has also agreed a one-year professional deal, while under-18 trio Sam Alderson, Michael Clark and Victor Adeboyejo have all been offered third-year scholarships.
Meanwhile, Sam Ling, Jack Humphrey, Montel Agyemang and Christian Owusu will be leaving the Club.
